Bunker's Hill State School News

Local emergency services were at Bunkers Hill State School for First Responders Day a few weeks ago.

Last week, students and staff at Bunker’s Hill State School celebrated First Responder Day by dressing up as first responders and hosting a special parade featuring local emergency service heroes.

The event was held to thank our first responders for their dedication and service, while also raising funds to support the mental health and wellbeing of first responders and their families.

Many of our students and staff have family members who serve as first responders, making this a meaningful opportunity to recognise and celebrate the vital role these individuals play in keeping our community safe and supported.
