Picnic weekend at Headington Hill

The Headington Hill Heritage Acre picnic weekend is taking place on the weekend of 15 and 16 March.


The Headington Hill Heritage Acre was lined with vehicles and guests at the last picnic in 2023.

The Heritage Acre is located on the former site of a Lutheran church at Lot 5, Carey Road, Headington Hill, off Gatton Clifton Road.

Guests are welcome to come for the day of stay for the weekend.

The program is as follows:

Saturday, 15 March -

•Guest Speaker

•Trading Table all day

•Bring your own lunch

•Fundraising Auction

•Agricultural Games

•Barbecue Tea (Small Cost)

•Quiz Night

Sunday, 16 March -

•Ecumenical Worship

•Bring your own lunch

•Annual General Meeting of the Headington Hill Heritage Acre

Those staying overnight should bring their own accommodation.

All should bring their own chair and generosity (card or cash) to assist in the fundraising efforts for the Heritage Acre.

Guest are welcome to stay on the Friday and the Sunday night as well.

Amenities are available and shade and shelter are available.

The organisers encourage guests to bring creative and interesting items for the auction and bring lots of stuff for the trading table (please price your own contributions).
