Serious crash at Linthorpe
A serious two vehicle crash occurred on the Gore Highway at Linthorpe in the early hours of Sunday.

Around 4.20, a Mazda 6 collided at high speed with the rear of a Toyota Landcruiser resulting in the vehicle being overturned and propelled across a 50 metre stretch of road.
Two people were trapped inside the Landcruiser and required assistance from the Queensland Fire Department to be freed.
The male driver of the Landcruiser was airlifted to the Toowoomba Base Hospital in a critical but stable condition with fractures to the upper torso and head injuries.
The 17-years-old male 'P' plate driver of the Mazda was transported to Toowoomba Hospital with minor injuries.
A male passenger in the Landcruiser suffered a head injury and was transported in a stable condition to Toowoomba Hospital.
The Gore Highway was closed for approximately three hours.
Police suspect alcohol may have been a contributing factor and investigations into the crash are ongoing.
"This incident sends a clear message to all drivers that road safety is paramount, and these things can change lives in an instant," Pittsworth Police Sergeant Tim Hoffmann said.

Last Thursday, 11th December around 8pm, a man in his 30s was arrested in Pittsworth for breaching a domestic violence order.
He was remanded in custody at the Toowoomba Police Station.
This male person was only recently released on bail for like offences.
